Ford’s Bridgend Engine Plant launched Every Can Counts in 2014 to encourage staff to recycle drinks cans sold on site. Every Can Counts worked with the plant’s Environmental Control team to assist in rolling out the programme. Thanks to the huge success of the programme, the Ford team are aiming to roll out the campaign across the UK.

- Over 2,000 staff exposed to recycling message
- 13,000 cans recycled within first year
- Energy saving via recycled cans equivalent to running a laptop for 1485 days
- Cans crushed and baled onsite ready for reprocessing
